That’s right. The long sought after ace falls to a visiting player who had never played our course before. The pin location was in the original spot, (b). He was here December 23 playing with his family on a beautiful day with little wind in play. I happened to be teeing off on hole 13 when we heard people yelling, “go” from the top of the hill. Chad to mess with me jokingly said , ” Oh he just aced 16 “. Then someone in our group looked over and saw something in the basket. We all raced over to congradulate the man. We never heard the chains. He threw a beat up DX Teebird. We don’t know where he hails from but if you ever meet this guy give him the credit he so deserves. Great shot!

Everyone has a garage full of discs they no longer throw. Here is your chance to bring them out to the course and swap them with someone else for something they have that you want. We will also be playing 2 rounds of golf with a break for lunch between rounds. Even if you do not plan to play, come on out and bring your old discs to trade. The swap meet will start at 8am, the first round is at 10am, then a break for lunch, then the second round, then more swap meet.

Come out and support this impromptu FUNdraiser, which will pair up Beginners with Pros! This is a fun format tournament to help raise money for the Ventura Disc Golf Club and potential new courses in Ventura.
